One of the things I love to do on Sundays is cooking and it’s been a while I wanted to make this recipe and share it with you.
Ingredients:
Apple - 100 g Dark chocolate - 100 g All purpose flour - 350 g Butter - 250 g Sugar - 160 g Eggs - 2 Baking powder - 1 tbsp Kosher salt - to taste
Preparation:
1. Clean, peel and chop the apples. 2. Chop the chocolate. 3. Cut the butter in cubes. 4. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients, flour, sugar and baking powder. 5. Add the butter little by little while mixing with your hands or a kneading machine until smooth. 6. Add the eggs and combine the dough together. 7. Finally add the apples and chocolate and again, combine together. 8. Use a cooking scoop to shape dough balls and place them on a baking tray. 9. Add a touch of kosher salt on top to taste. 10. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 180ºC 11. Let them cool completely before eating.
