The user authorises the use of photographs, images and recordings so that they can be used by ROCIO EGIO, as promotional material, advertising and corporate dissemination in all its aspects, such as, but not limited to, social networks, advertising campaigns in the press, radio and television, brochures, catalogues, promotional and/or merchandising material, promotional videos and/or events, websites, advertising material at points of sale, advertising mail and/or corporate mailings, among others.
The user consents that ROCIO EGIO may have full access to the use of the material, without restrictions, for any purpose, and may make the modifications thereto that they deem appropriate, listing, but not limited to, modification of the images, videos and recordings, alteration of the photographs, combination of images, incorporation in other texts and/or graphics and/or cropping of the same, among other modifications.
The user consents that the images and videos in which he/she appears may appear on the Social Networks or on the website for promoting the services, courses and/or activities that have been carried out by ROCIO EGIO.

From ROCIO EGIO, we inform you that all images will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and that all the necessary security measures are being applied for their treatment.

Likewise, we inform you that ROCIO EGIO will at no time use the images for any purpose other than that set out herein. In addition, ROCIO EGIO, undertakes not to make an exploitation of the images susceptible to the one exposed here, and that the use WILL NOT BE USED for dissemination in media of a pornographic, xenophobic, violent or illicit nature and/or that may attack dignity and honor, in which case the authorization will be invalid and may be revoked.

ROCIO EGIO undertakes to observe at all times the regulations regarding the Civil Protection of Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Own Image.

The user, client, student and/or course assistant of the courses confirms that whatever the use, the class or the importance of the dissemination, he/she will not receive remuneration or compensatory benefits of any kind, including compensation, for the use for the purposes set out above, of the videos, images, photographs, comments, opinions and/or presentations, among others, that are made on the user's images, client, student and/or course assistant of activities, courses and/or events.

Hereby, the user, client, student and/or assistant of the courses, activities and/or events unconditionally exonerates and releases ROCIO EGIO from all claims, liabilities, risks, demands, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses of any kind, legal or legal, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, suspicious or non-suspected, that it has now or may have someday, has or could have, produced by the use of videos, images, photographs, comments, opinions, recordings and/or presentations, among others, used by ROCIO EGIO. INTEGRITY OF TERMS

The annulment or declaration of nullity of any of the clauses of these conditions will not entail in any case the termination of the same or nullity of the same in its entirety, leaving the rest of the clauses in force and with full effect and that have not been declared null and void.

Each of the provisions of these clauses shall be construed separately and independently of the others

If any clause included in these GENERAL CONDITIONS and/or the SPECIAL CONDITIONS is declared, in whole or in part, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only that provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, the GENERAL CONDITIONS and the PARTICULAR CONDITIONS remaining in all other respects.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION, LAW AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION

For any dispute, the USER must contact the Customer Service Department, to try to resolve the conflict as soon as possible.

In the event that it cannot be resolved, ROCIO EGIO promotes amicable resolution through arbitration.

In the event that the matter cannot be resolved amicably, for any question or divergence that may arise regarding the website, contents and contracted services, the USER and ROCIO EGIO, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, expressly submit to the application of the Swiss Legislation in force, with the Swiss Courts also being competent with expressly subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Lausanne (Switzerland), unless the applicable law imperatively determines another jurisdiction or different law.
